Sophia realised a long-term ambition by establishing Carolus Rex, a vocal ensemble, in 2003. As director/conductor of the ensemble, Sophia commissioned a CD recording in 2008. A passion for choral conducting came from singing for many different conductors, as soloist and choir member; this lead Sophia to create a choral workshop programme for enhancing choirs and helping conductors with choir interaction and rehearsal and baton technique.
