Voices Singing Workshop meets on Wednesday evenings in term-time, in Holloway, London N7, and is open to all people of 16 and over, whether or not they think they can sing. Angela Reith teaches harmony songs by ear from a whole variety of traditions - folk, world, jazz, gospel, rock, pop, show tunes. There are no auditions and there's no need to read music – all singing abilities are welcome. It’s good fun, it’s good for physical and emotional health, and there are always chocolate biscuits at half time. We don't perform (except to ourselves) - people attend when they are able to, and we usually have around 12 friendly regular singers, both women and men. Sessions run from 8-9.45pm and cost £10 (£5 concessions) each week. Please email Angela for session dates and other details.
