Cheshire Community Chorus is a non-audition group of people who love to sing and spread music about the community. Rehearsals are held every Tuesday evening from 7-9 at The Highlands Health Care center. New members are always welcome.
Our History
Cheshire Community Chorus was founded in 1980.
Cheshire, Connecticut celebrated its Bicentennial in 1980. A choral group was formed to perform as part of the celebration. This group became the Cheshire Community Chorus, a nonprofit community group now in its 38th season. The chorus gives two concerts each season, a holiday concert in December and a spring concert in May. The chorus also performs at many community events including the Cheshire Fall Festival, Christmas Tree Lighting and the Strawberry Festival.
