Danny McErlian has been the conductor of The Ambiance Singers of Mississauga since 2004. The Ambiance Singers appeared as part of the annual Seniors Jubilee at Roy Thomson Hall in 2005, but are best known for their yearly performance at the Living Arts Centre in Mississauga. Their audiences are treated to a salute of musical genres from Broadway to swing, gospel to R & B, and feature guest appearances from such luminaries as Guido Basso and tenor Mark Dubois.
Other conducting credits include Circle Theatre Company's 1999 production of "Jump, Jive and Swing" with performances at the Sanderson Centre in Brantford and the River Run Centre, Guelph, and a gala night at Roy Thomson Hall in 2006 with vocalist Brian Roman www.brianroman.com where Danny - musical arranger for "Brian Roman in Concert" - conducted the 17-piece orchestra from the piano bench.
