Margie Bailey Phieffer joined Shout Sister as Director of the Belleville chapter in September of 2019.
Margie is a passionate supporter of the arts. She has a background in art, music and education. She also currently works as the production manager for the fabulous Miss Emily. She lives just outside of Belleville with her family.
