Established in 1979, the Cape Cod Chapter (Surftones) is a singing organization for all voices that is dedicated to excellence in chorus and quartet a cappella singing.
Our History
Cape Cod Surftones was established in 1979 as a chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. Now emerged from the pandemic as a mixed chorus of men and women, we need some new singers to join us.
Most of us are amateur ‘ear-singers’, taught by learning “tracks” and experienced directors who bring our sound together. Our chorus is inclusive, welcoming all voices and backgrounds to try us out and, hopefully, decide to stay and join our ranks.
Additional Info for Choristers
We meet on Mondays at 7pm and we hope you can find time during the week for individual practice using tracks and materials that we provide.
Our Mission
Our year-’round mixed a cappella group has been enhancing Cape Cod lives through song since the 1970s. We are Cape Codders who join voices for Cape Codders.
