Casey Choir is a community, women's choir (SSAA) and we welcome all women over 18 years of age. We strive to promote unity in song, establishing new friendships with all members of the wider community whilst promoting well-being through voice. Our music team is professional and extremely well educated in music. The Music Director is Simon Loveless, who has worked with choirs for many years and knows how to get the best from our members. Our annual concert is usually at the end of August and we also hold a Christmas concert. We participate in community events and other events as they become available to us. The current membership is approx. 50 singers

Why You Should Join
Joining a choir will give you many new friends and support if you find you have troubling issues. Singing is therapeutic both emotionally and physically. It increases self esteem and confidence. Many people say "I can't sing". Our answer is "That's why you join a choir, we all blend in together".
Additional Info for Choristers
Whilst being able to read music is an advantage it is not a necessity. You are welcome to attend a couple of rehearsal nights, just to check us out, before you decide whether you would like to join. We sing a wide range of music from Pop, Music Theatre, World music, a little classical, a little Folk.
