About Our Choir

We are a large friendly group of local people that meet in Kendal Town Hall on a Monday evening (making a termly commitment) and Tuesday morning (no commitment just drop in) and we just sing! No auditions, no solos, no music reading, no performing even - we just sing. Pretty well always in parts. Lots of nervous new singers and lots of more confident singers. Huge variety of song types. You can drop in to the first Monday of term (free trial) or any Tuesday (check website for exact dates).

Our History

Started in Kendal 2011. Singing just for fun. Just bring your willingness to sing! We have occasionally done community events but always teach the songs we do there - never perform them. We also promote all the OTHER singing opportunities in Kendal as you can never have enough of them and if this isn't the one for you we'd love you to find another.
