About Our Choir

For Fifteen years, The Salt Lake Choral Artists have been giving Best in State and other award winning performances at the Libby Hall, St Ambrose Church and many other locations throughout the world. With a wide variety of musical styles and literature, performed throughout the year, you can choose your favorites or venture into the unknown with season tickets. And if you have the inclination, join one of the additional educational opportunities, These include the summer institutes for adults as well as the high school retreat where students learn at the hand of world renown conductors, including the SLCA Artistic Director, Brady Allred. You can swim in the shallow end or take a deep dive into the pool of options—All at affordable pricing and inclusive scholarships so every pocket book, every child, and adult can participate. Believing in something better than self through group education and performance moves the friends of SLCA from ordinary to extraordinary. We invite you to experience the difference with us.

The Salt Lake Choral Artists under the direction of Dr. Brady Allred have become one of the premier choirs in America. With their cutting-edge concerts, unique sound and unparalleled quality, SLCA has earned it’s worldwide reputation for choral excellence.

Why You Should Join

Are you thinking about attending a concert- or event joining a choir?

When you decide to participate by joining, prepare for an extraordinary experienceWith a wide variety of musical styles and literature, performed throughout the year, you will learn aspect of singing Country to Broadway and Jazz to Bach.

Not only are there regular season options, but if you have the inclination, additional educational opportunities  summer institutes, built in scholarships for the high school retreats while learning at the hand of world renown conductors, including the SLCA Artistic Director Brady Allred,  are also available.

Our mission at Salt Lake Choral Artists is to provide an extraordinary artistic experience through the choral arts. We are focused on providing access for the arts at an affordable price. We believe each individual, no matter his or her background or income, through the expert training in SLCA, can create a new level of personal excellence and esteem. By combining premier group education and performance we are focused on moving the people and friends of SLCA from expecting the ordinary to experiencing the extraordinary.
