Sing Laugh Breathe Community choir is led by Natural Voice practitioner Kate Jones. This means that the ethos of the choir is that all voices are welcome, no matter how lacking in confidence singers are to begin with. Men and women of all ages are welcome. We sing songs from all over the world, all of which are taught by ear, so there is no need to be able to read music. The choir is friendly and welcoming to new members, it is an opportunity for social interaction as well as the singing. From time to time we put on concerts to raise funds for other singing groups and charities. We meet weekly 11 am to 12.30 pm on Wednesdays in Cleobury Mortimer Market Hall. Please do join us! You can ask any questions by calling Kate on 01584 890 284/07817 250 762
Sing Laugh Breathe Community Choir in Cleobury Mortimer was started by Kate Jones in 2013. It was her first community choir and the choir and Kate have grown in confidence together over the years. We didn't perform at first, but then were invited to take part in the Big Sing in Ludlow. The choir then decided they would like to do more performing and put on a concert to raise funds for another local singing group - Singing for Lung Health in Ludlow.
More concerts followed, but the main focus of the choir remains the fun of singing together.
