The purpose of this organization is to enable members to work together cooperatively in the pursuit of an expanded choral experience, to create opportunities for community outreach, and to primarily benefit the choral education of student members by presenting quality choral literature. The community efforts of this group include, but are not limited to, performances at local high schools, high schools throughout North Carolina, community programs, and area churches. The group has toured throughout the east coast and tour Europe twice. Additionally, the organization exists to increase the awareness of music education and arts advocacy. Membership is open to all students of Methodist University and with successful membership determined by audition. Members are encouraged to study voice if schedules permit. Each member is expected to participate in and support all scheduled activities.
