Description

In celebration of Black History Month, the Windward Choral Society presents the sixth annual “Peace Like a River: A Celebration of African-American Gospel and Spirituals.” The concert takes place at St. John Vianney Parish in Kailua on Sunday, February 9, 4:00 – 5:30 pm. The concert features guest artist Dan Garrett & Dorthea Caldwell, conductor and WCS founder Susan McCreary Duprey, accompanist Tommy Yee, and includes an audience sing-along. Admission is by donation, and no tickets are required. A freewill offering will be taken to offset the costs of the performance.
