She creates music that interweaves original material with song from global traditions. She has released three albums and composed a piece to accompany the film Road to Peace, about the Dalai Lama. She has also composed two collaborative pieces with Croydon Composers.
Committed to making uplifting experiences of singing accessible, Katie leads choirs including ManSong, Croydon Carers Choir, Caterham Community Choir & Welcome Choir.
A passionate advocate of the wellbeing benefits of singing she also leads singing groups for respiratory and cardiac patients - Lung Songs at St Georges Hospital and HeartSong.
Believing in the power of song to make waves in our world, she co-directs Sing for Water London, an annual mass choral fundraiser at the Thames Festival.
Katie also offers Creative Coaching sessions for those seeking to explore and reclaim their voice and creativity.
